This is a 2 in 1 Punching bag and Grappling dummy. This bag is 55 inch in height, not including the handles, and weighs approximately 100 pounds when filled. It comes with 10 year warranty and is made in USA. Perfect for uppercuts , elbows, ground n pound , knees, and full body workouts, this bag is fantastic for MMA, boxing and Muay Thai Kickboxing. Comes with a D-ring on the bottom for more resistance and stability. You can also customize this bag by choosing its colors; see the options below to do this. This is the unfilled version of this bag as it is significantly cheaper to ship this way, however you will have to fill it with the appropriate stuffing before use.

Also--please allow 3-4 weeks from order date for delivery. All Outslayer bags are hand-made with top-quality materials and do require extra time, but they are super durable and worth the wait.
