If you want a great gym timer with both audio and visual indicators, this is an ideal timer for you. Set at either 2 or 3 minute workout round lengths with 1 minute or 30 seconds rest period, at the flip of a switch. Timer runs continuous and can be reset at any time. The multi-faceted timer is designed to be heard in almost any gym or workout area size. The domed lighting system always lets athletes know where they are at all times. The green light illuminates during workout periods, the yellow light glows during the final 30 seconds of each round and the red light shines during the rest period.
