The universal Fighter 3in1 extension for the free-standing punching bag, dummy and hanging heavy bag brings completely new training experience. Simply attach to the top of the freestanding bag with the included straps and you can add 20 inches to the height for higher punching and higher target training.  Or, you can use this extension to throw back and forth for conditoning, etc. 

The coat of the bag and the base is made of a very durable Hitex Polyplan from Austria. This material is also very easy to maintain. The bag’s filling is made of several layers. Closest to this extension's coat is the expensive Trocellen PE from Italy. Thanks to these materials, the bag can also be used outdoors, however, the maintenance instructions must be followed.
